NIBBANAH offers handmade paper flowers, decorative products, baskets, home décor and related products.

Many of our products are handmade or incorporate natural and handcrafted materials. As a result, slight differences in colour, texture, shape, size, pattern or finish may occur between individual products.

These variations are part of the handmade nature of the product and are not necessarily considered defects.

We aim to display product images and colours accurately. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device and display settings.

Product measurements are approximate unless otherwise stated.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your shopping cart does not reserve that product.

In the unlikely event that a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you and may offer a suitable alternative, a refund for the unavailable item, or cancellation of that part of the order.

5. Prices

Unless otherwise stated, all prices displayed on the NIBBANAH Retail website are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Applicable taxes will be handled in accordance with Australian law and displayed where required.

Prices, promotions and product availability may change from time to time without notice. Any price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we may contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected item.

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your order.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information provided is incorrect, there is a suspected fraudulent transaction, or an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled items will be refunded.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available during checkout.

We do not guarantee that every payment method will always be available.

8. Shipping and Delivery

We currently deliver to eligible addresses within Australia unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Available shipping methods, delivery charges and any free-shipping offers will be displayed during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, courier operations, peak periods, weather, public holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.

Where an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, additional delivery charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Any shipping promotion displayed on the website is subject to its stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.

9. Risk and Delivery

Responsibility for the products passes to you when the order has been delivered to the delivery address nominated in your order, subject to any rights you may have under Australian law.

If your parcel appears damaged, lost or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact us at hello@nibbanah.com.au so we can investigate.

10. Returns, Refunds and Consumer Guarantees

Your purchases are protected by rights and consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law. These rights cannot be excluded by these Terms and Conditions. ACCC

Depending on the circumstances, if a product has a major problem you may be entitled to a refund or replacement. Other remedies may apply for problems that are not major. ACCC

Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms is intended to restrict any rights or remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Any additional change-of-mind return arrangements offered by NIBBANAH Retail will be governed by our separate Return Policy.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at hello@nibbanah.com.au.

Please include your order number and, where appropriate, photographs showing the issue so we can assess the matter efficiently.

We may request that an item be returned where reasonably necessary to assess or resolve the claim.

This section does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us as soon as possible.

We will try to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing, packing or dispatch.

This does not affect any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time we may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes or special offers.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers apply only during the advertised promotional period, cannot be exchanged for cash, may be subject to minimum-spend or product exclusions, and may not be combined with other promotions.

Promotions apply to future purchases only unless expressly stated otherwise.
